Since becoming an attorney, Blaire Dalton has helped win numerous acquittals including clients charged with violent crimes, drug crimes, BLOCKED offenses, weapons offenses, and DUI. Dalton currently represents photographers who were attacked by Chicago Police during the 2013 NATO Summit protests in Chicago on their civil rights cases against the City of Chicago. Dalton formerly served as an attorney for Daniel Baker, a mentally ill Lake County man charged with the murder of his girlfriend’s mother, R. Kelly, the Chicago R&B singer, G-Eazy, the New Orleans recording artist, and former Republic Windows CEO Richard Gillman.
Dalton graduated from DePaul University College of Law, with a certificate in criminal law. While in law school, Dalton was one of the select students chosen to represent DePaul on the law school’s National Moot Court Mock Trial Team. Dalton represented DePaul in national competitions and was honored with the national Order of the Barristers award for her trial advocacy skills. Dalton began her career as a law clerk for another nationally renowned criminal defense firm, Monico & Spevack where she assisted the representation of former Alderman and political powerbroker, Edward Vrdolyak and Christopher Kelly, the former adviser to former Gov. Rod Blagojevich.
