Compensation: $12.00/hour

 Established residential and commercial cleaning company is seeking an experience cleaner immediately .The job consist of all types of cleanings.More specifically interior and exterior cleanings of single family homes, condo's, apartment,building common area cleanings and more.

 Qualification:

3-4 years minimum experience specifically in residential or commercial cleaning is is required.

Reliable transportation with valid registration and insurance is a plus.

 Responsabilities: Consist in following the task ( may vary depending on job)

Sweeping and dusting of all floors, wiping down baseboards,dusting all fixtures,cleaning kitchen appliances ,interior windows,sanitizing kitchens and baths,removing trash and debris,light junk removal,vacuuming and sweeping common area's,entryways and stairwells,sometimes organizing ,doing laundry and more...
