Trucking company is looking for a Safety Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Hiring and training drivers
- Keeping DQ files in order
- Making sure company is in compliance with FMCSA rules and regulations.
- Keep (IFTA, KY, NM, NJ, NY, OR) accounts in good standing & renew licenses & permits;
- Handling monthly maintenance reports
- Submitting monthly insurance reports
- Handling claims
Requirements:
- Pro Transport software is PLUS;
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Romanian/Russian);
- Microsoft Word, Excel, ADOBE knowledge ;
- Good organizational skills, multitasking and ability to learn new things;
- Ability to maintain a peaceful working environment with the team;
Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skill levels.
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM M-F
