Combined administrative support functions with a focus on managing logistics operations and basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, tracking shipments, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate financial data within a company's supply chain. This position required strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in logistics and accounting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. 

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm  

     Key Responsibilities:

  •   Logistics Administration:
    • Processing purchase orders and managing inventory levels 
    • Coordinating shipments with vendors and customers, including tracking delivery status 
    • Generating shipping labels and documentation
    • Scheduling deliveries and managing transportation logistics 
    • Resolving shipping issues and customer inquiries related to deliveries 
  • Accounting Support:
    • Data entry for invoices and purchase orders 
    • Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts 
    • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes 

 Daily bank deposit

  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Answering phone calls and emails related to logistics and accounting 
    • Opening and distributing mail 

 

  • Filing and maintaining important documents 
  • Providing administrative support to the logistics and accounting teams 
  • Maintaining office supplies and managing logistics-related administrative tasks

 -Assist with sample requests, printing shipping label
