This position also includes compliance with state and federal rules and regulations as they pertain to the driver employees.

Monitoring driver qualification files and the hiring and selection process Reviewing hours of service records for accuracy Oversee and Monitor the company’s Safety and GPS Management System. Provide onsite, post-accident support in the event of an accident. Interview, collect, and document the appropriate information for a thorough accident or incident investigation. Oversee and monitor safety reports and data developed by on-board computer systems to insure safe driving and proper behavior by driver employees.
