Candidatul ideal:
- trebuie sa aiba experienta in flatbed dispatch cel putin 2 ani
- poate sa multitask
- are aptitudini exceptionale de comunicare si negociere
- poate sa ofere un serviciu de calitate si inalta performanta
- CDL nu este obligatoriu dar este un bonus
Responsabilitati:
- sa administreze departamentul de dispatch si sa ajute ceilalti dispatcheri
- sa ia cele mai bune decizii in situatii de urgenta sau situatii dificile
- rezolve probleme de zi cu zi cu loaduri si soferi
- sa fie la zi cu rates la loaduri si cum merge piata

Candidate requirements:
- Must have real experience in flatbed dispatch for at least 2 years
- Be able to multitask
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to provide professional service with high productivity
- CDL is not required but will be a plus
Key responsibilities:
- help to dispatch trucks to be up-to-date with market rates to be able to control others
- supervise and manage dispatch division (make fair decisions in difficult situations)
- resolve everyday problems
