Romexterra Construction Fire and Water Restoration is a rapidly growing company within the Fire and Water Restoration market in Chicago-land. We offer insurance claim settlements, emergency services, and restoration services to victims of Fire and Water Damage. We are looking for a full time office admin to manage our office.
Responsibilities include:
-Answering all calls
-Maintaining all job files
-Overseeing accounts receivable and payable.
-Assisting owner and director of business development with various tasks
-Managing social media posts for the company
-Data entry into Quickbooks
Requirements:
-Previous experience in Office Management required
-In Depth Knowledge of Quickbooks required
-A positive attitude
-Previous experience in the restoration environment preferred
-Strong business communication skills.
