Requirements:

Must have real experience in reefer dispatch for at least 1 year
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills
-Be capable of multitasking
-hand heavy phone traffic
-Have a solid understanding of the trucking industry
-Knowledge on how to use DAT and Truckstop
Familiar roads with
-To BE Up-to-date with market rates
-Booking freight and giving updates on the status of freight
