A full time position in accounting department available in Schaumburg, IL.

We are looking for a person with experience in trucking business, who possesses good teamwork skills and is willing to take the responsibility on performing the duties assigned, in order to succeed.

 

Our requirements are:

 

·         Experience in transportation billing/invoicing;

 

·         Strong customer service and teamwork skills;

 

·         Strong multi-tasking and computer skills;

 

·         Ability to speak and write English and Romanian;

 

·         Speaking Russian is a plus;

 

·         Be organized, innovative and motivated;

 

The position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

·         Accounts receivable/payable;

 

·         Collaboration with the other departments to ensure a smooth working process;

 

·         Invoice factoring;

 

·         Maintaining a good working relationship with the company drivers and associates;

 

·         Paperwork organizing and management;
