We are looking for self-employed contractors to assist our tenants in maintaing their homes be it weekly, twice a week and even bi-weeky.

We process all payments and there is a split involved between us and you. You get to keep 100% of tips as well.  We offer a generous split based on your experince, processing ability and so forth.

Once we establish a relationship we will schedule a phone conversation with our Property Manager.
