English speaking only, caretaker needed for a 64 year old male with limited movement due to Parkinson’s disease.

He can walk but has a high fall risk. The patient also has mild cognitive issues.

Needs assistance to dress and undress, help with getting into and out of shower. Breakfast and lunch made each day. Light house cleaning after patient. Must drive, and needs to take patient for occasional doctor appointments and daily walks, etc..,
