Driver Recruiter needed for an asset based trucking company.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results oriented individual to join our team to assist company to recruit and retain company drivers and independent contractors

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruiting CDL class A drivers

Check driver applications and schedule appointments/Arrange transportation

Assist with the expediting sign-on process through communication with applicants

Make daily phone calls to at-risk drivers and prepare daily retention reports

Review data to gather insights into root causes of driver issues

Work with other company departments to discover and implement sustainable solutions to driver issues

Maintain related social media accounts

Qualifications:

Self-motivated.Detail oriented

Ability to respond to changing priorities

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to understand a variety of accents and dialects

Proficient with Microsoft Office software, social media websites

This is not a work from home position

Previous experience in the trucking industry is preferred

Make up to 3k a week
