Osiris Construction is a full-service, remodel, new construction, and maintenance construction firm based in Bensenville IL. Our projects range from franchise restaurants, retail centers, and residential homes to maintenance and other client services requests.

Position:
Our growing business is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to assist with different tasks in the main office.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
· Answer phones and communicate with clients
· Act in a proactive way to assure that the office daily tasks are on track
· Order, monitor and coordinate materials deliveries
· Ensure compliance with contract documents, billing, payments, etc.
· Assist with permits applications
· Issues Purchase Orders and keep a proper filing system
· Process invoices and other payments as required and input information in QuickBooks
· Order and maintain office supplies
· Process time cards in our system
· Open and distribute daily mail
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years' experience preferred
· Excellent communication skills and attitude to handle our existing clientele
· Excellent organizational skills and good multitasking ability
· Impeccable attention to detail
· Good computer skills including (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, etc.)
· Ability to be professional and demonstrate good judgment at all times
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
