FLATBED DRIVERS LOOK!

GT Express specializes in flatbed and step-deck only. We currently have 80 trucks, but more work than we can handle! We’re looking to expand our fleet IMMEDIATELY and NEED DRIVERS! We’re a family owned company based in Mokena, IL, (which is a little south of Chicago), but we hire from all 48 states. Established in 2012, we’ve been in business 6 years with a continuously good safety record. We haul steel, building materials, aircraft parts, finished metals, coils, racking, lumber, construction equipment and everything else flatbed & step-deck. We run all 48 states and do mostly longer runs (1200 – 2500 miles runs). Some short haul to get you to a better area.

PAY & BENEFITS:

Will pay for transportation to start
2 days orientation
.50 CPM Empty and loaded miles
.52 CPM after 90 days
50$ for extra stops (1^st stop excluded)
50$ for tarps
28 % for partials added to main load. (Extra $$$)
100$ per day for No Load detention
New equipment (TRUCKS FREIGHTLINER and VOLVO)
Good LONG miles
Direct deposit
Fuel Cards, Pre-Pass, I-Pass, Sun-Pass
AOBRD electronic logs instead of ELD gives drivers much more flexibility
Good home time. Generally, out 2-3 weeks with 2-3 days off, but we try to be flexible with your needs
Clean inspection bonus -$100
1099 ONLY
We speak English, Romanian and Russian
Personal dispatcher who really gets to know YOU and what YOU like

QUALIFICATIONS:

Class A CDL
Must be age 25 or older
Eligible for employment in the United States
Must have at least 2 years VERIFIABLE driving experience, and at least 6 months VERIFIABLE Flatbed or Step-deck experience
Relatively Clean MVR and PSP. We can work with a lot of drivers other companies won’t
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN. If you can’t pass both a hair test and a urine test, then please don’t apply!
