Trucking company is seeking experienced Dispatcher working out of Rolling Meadows, IL 

Dispatcher Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of transportation experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work under pressure
- Negotiate Rates to Customers and Brokers and lock in the best rates to maximize profit
- Knowledge of DAT or TRUCKSTOP
- Basic computer proficiency, i.e. load boards, email, transportation programs
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 
- Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Bringing new accounts and existing accounts in s a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
