As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative clerical office functions.
You will be responsible for composing memos, transcribing notes, making appointments, paying and managing utility and insurance accounts. A plus will be to have a preferred bachelor in social services degree. Minimal a work permit required.
You need to be organized, responsible, with a good communication skill and fluent in English. Need to know PC, Mac knowledge, and Microsoft Excel.
