Hi,  looking for someone to build a new deck for me, it's approximately 10x13 and about four feet above the ground. It must be built with treated lumber, building code enforced and will be inspected by Village of Hoffman Estates. It's for a townhome in a residential area and must copy the same layout as everyone else. There is a second deck needed at the ground level, about 8x8(approx. size) as well.
