Caut un apartament de 1 dormitor situat in zona linistita, preferabil Sheridan Rd., sau langa lac (ex. Marine Dr) cu chiria 700-800 $/luna, ideal cu posibilitate de garaj si cat mai mult incluse. :). Creditul meu este foarte prost deci nu sunt interesat de oferte unde se analizeaza credit scorul; dar in acelasi timp sunt gata sa platesc un avans considerabil.

I am seeking an apartment with one bedroom in a quiet/safe area preferably Sheridan Rd, or by the lake (i.e. Marine Dr.). The rent should be 7-800 $/mo. and ideally with the option to also rent a one car parking. My credit is BAD therefore I am not interesting in finding about opportunities that require credit check; however, I am ready to pay in advance a reasonable amount that would allow the owner to have peace of mind.
