The investment project
On the Dniester river bank in Sakharna village there is a complex of 22 buildings on 9.2 ha of land. Buildings include: “Hanul boieresc” consisting of 3 buildings – park, sports ground, orchard, vegetable garden, infrastructure, on the Dniester river bank there are two lakes, a berth, 500 m away from Monastery.
Possible ways of reconstructions:
Modern recreational and treatment complexes, which are not so available in Moldova at this moment. Hotel, restaurant, café, bar….
Treatment complex: covered pool, fitness room, medical rooms and others.
Summer pools, play courts, sport grounds, horse sport, zoo park, museum, trips along the Dniester river, fishing, cellars with collection wines.
Payback:
Assuming an average number of 100 people per day during the year.
Hotel: minimum 100 X 20$ = 2000$ per day
Restaurant: 100 X 10$ = 1000$ per day.
Other payments: 100 X 10$ = 1000$ per day.
Minimum 4000$ per day – 2000$ expenses = 2000$ net profit per day.
2000$ X 360 days = 720000$ per year.
If initial investment is 2 million $ for reconstruction, then within 2-3 years investments will pay back.
Possible ways of investments: join stock company as well as single investor.
