  Requirements:

Must have a Class A CDL ISSUED in your state of residence.

Must have valid Medical Card.

Must have two years of verifiable OTR experience.

No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.

No Drug and Alcohol positive test in the past 3 years.

No felonies / DUI in the past 10 years.
