Front Desk - Must speak English

Front Desk - Guest Services Person to work at an efficient Economy hotel. You are applying for an Economy property in the Millennium Park, downtown Chicago

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Front Desk
  • Staff management is a PLUS(Front Desk, Housekeepers & Maintenance) performance, scheduling,
  • Guest relations: managing the property's reviews online, increasing guest loyalty & general satisfaction with our product

At the end of the day, you are the leader for this property. With the existing staff's support, your duty is to make sure all guests have a great stay at a great price point.

Requirements:
- College degree
- 4+ years hotel experience
- Must have Front Desk Experience at a property of at least 80 rooms
- 4+ years Hotel/Management experience (staff management)
- At least 1 reference from a hotel
- Expert user of the latest generation of Hotel PMS (Roomkey or other PMS) as well as Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years hotel front desk supervise/management experience
