Minimum 1 year experience;

- Excellent computer and communication skills;

-Knowledge of load boards;

- Negotiate rates with brokers;

-Dispatch and manage drivers;

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills;

- Work from 7:00am until 5:00pm.
